Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) और ISI-backed terror network से जुड़े high-profile आतंकी Happy Pasia को अमेरिका की Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) ने California के Sacramento से गिरफ्तार किया है। भारत सरकार अब उसे extradition treaty के तहत भारत लाने की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर चुकी है। इस गिरफ्तारी को Indian intelligence agencies की बड़ी कामयाबी माना जा रहा है, जिससे Punjab में active terror-gangster nexus की कई परतें खुलने की उम्मीद है।
🔴 Who is Happy Pasia?
Happy Pasia पंजाब के अमृतसर जिले के अजनाला क्षेत्र के गांव पासिया का रहने वाला है। उसने अपने आपराधिक जीवन की शुरुआत gangster Jaggu Bhagwanpuria और अमेरिका स्थित उसके नेटवर्क के साथ की थी। बाद में वह ISI-supported पाकिस्तान बेस्ड आतंकी Harvinder Singh Rinda का मुख्य associate बन गया।
Pasia 2023 से 2025 के बीच पंजाब में हुए कई grenade attacks, targeted killings, और extortion activities में सीधे तौर पर शामिल रहा है। उसे ISI और BKI के instructions पर operate करने वाला handler और recruiter माना जाता है।
🔴 FBI Arrest और Illegal Stay in US
17 अप्रैल 2025 को FBI और US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) ने Pasia को Sacramento, California से गिरफ्तार किया। वह America में illegal entry कर चुका था और वहां पहचान छुपाने के लिए burner phones और multiple aliases का उपयोग कर रहा था। उसे surveillance और intelligence inputs के आधार पर track किया गया।
🔴 NIA Reward: ₹5 Lakh Declared
January 2025 में National Investigation Agency (NIA) ने Happy Pasia पर ₹5 लाख का reward घोषित किया था। वह Chandigarh grenade attack case में वांटेड है। NIA की official website पर उसकी photo और profile ‘WANTED TERRORIST’ के रूप में अब भी उपलब्ध है।
भारत में उसकी गिरफ्तारी के बाद Punjab Police, NIA और Intelligence Bureau उससे high-level interrogation करेगी, जिससे पूरे ISI-BKI module का खुलासा संभव है।

Happy Pasia की गिरफ्तारी खालिस्तान-संबंधी आतंकी नेटवर्क, Pakistan ISI की interference और पंजाब में चल रहे gangster-terror alliance के खिलाफ India की biggest strategic victory मानी जा रही है।
